Terms of Service
Contract terms for QXONI accounts, websites, APIs and services.
1. Contract formation and scope
When you create a QXONI Account and expressly accept these Terms, you enter into a contract with QXONI for provision of that account.
When you use a QXONI service through your QXONI Account, use of that service becomes part of this contract; service-specific terms and notices apply in addition.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are linked before registration; an account cannot be created without express acceptance, and mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
2. Account and eligibility
Information must be accurate, credentials must be protected, and accounts are generally available from age 13 with any consent required by law.
3. Acceptable use
Unlawful content, fraud, harassment, malware, phishing, unauthorised access, circumvention of safeguards or limits, automated extraction of protected data, and infringement of third-party rights are prohibited.
4. Content and rights
You retain rights in your content and grant QXONI only the limited, non-exclusive licence needed to store, process and display it for the selected service; it ends upon deletion unless legal retention applies.
5. Enforcement
QXONI may remove content, restrict features or suspend accounts where proportionate and necessary for security, legal compliance or enforcement, and will communicate available appeals.
6. Availability and liability
Services may be limited for maintenance, security or changes; mandatory liability and consumer rights remain unaffected, and otherwise QXONI is liable only to the extent required by law.
7. APIs and external services
API credentials must remain confidential and published limits must be followed; external content and providers may have additional terms.
8. Termination, changes and law
You may end the contract by deleting your account; material changes are announced and renewed consent is requested where legally necessary; Swiss law applies subject to mandatory consumer and conflict-of-law protections.
